Epileve benefits include a fast and effective treatment plan with less discomfort than older machines, thanks to unique skin cooling features. It uses a single wavelength of light with high absorption. It is safe for all skin types and can be used year-round.

FAST AND VERSATILE TREATMENTS
Epileve offers two modes of operation: PULSE and SLIDE mode
PULSE delivers higher energy at a lower repetition rate, which leads to fewer treatment sessions
SLIDE mode delivers a high repetition rate of short pulses, ensuring full treatment coverage with virtually no patient discomfort. It is ideally suited to dense and coarse hair.
We also use LightSheer®, a permanent hair reduction solution from Lumenis based on clinically proven diode laser technology. LightSheer is comfortable and effective. It features two laser hair removal technologies:
- High-speed vacuum Assisted technology for large treatment areas, requiring no prep and no gel
- ChillTip™ Sapphire integrated cooling for smaller, more delicate treatment areas
Having the flexibility to choose between LightSheer and Epileve will allow us to achieve maximum effectiveness for hair removal for various skin and hair types.
We love both LightSheer and Epileve solutions, as they use state-of-the-art diode laser technology, allowing tailored treatment for all skin types. A laser pulse targets and damages the hair follicle while the surrounding tissue remains unharmed.
Both laser hair removal machines enable us to customise the treatment for your skin type, hair type and lifestyle by utilising different headpieces and wavelengths.
To ensure that laser hair removal treatment is right for you, Calveo provides a free consultation. During this consultation, we will explain exactly how the treatment works and what hair diminution you can expect to achieve with your particular skin and hair.
We will also use a full medical history to determine your suitability for treatment and explain any potential adverse effects. A small test patch will follow this with the laser in the area you are considering for treatment. Please do not remove the hair from that area before visiting us.
This will allow you to experience what the laser feels like (‘was that it’ is the usual response) and let us observe how your skin and hair react to determine your best treatment settings.
Laser hair removal delivers light-basing energy down the hair into the hair follicle. This light then converts to a heat of 70 degrees, which vaporises the follicle. The remaining hair will grow over the next 7-10 days, leaving the area hairless.
As hair only grows out of the follicle in the first stage of its growth cycle, in the Anagen phase, you will need 6-8 treatments, depending on the area. Repeating the treatment will enable us to catch all hair during the right growth phase.
Our lasers’ patented Chilltip technology cools the treatment area during laser delivery to ensure you are always comfortable. Depending on the treated area and the hair density, a mild pinging sensation may be felt.
ChillTip™ Integrated Cooling Technology
ChillTip™ technology uses a proprietary integrated sapphire cooling system that momentarily numbs the skin while compressing the handpiece to the skin, rotating the hair follicle for better energy absorption.
With ChillTip™, the skin is cooled before and during treatment. It is then compressed, and the laser beam is directed to the skin.

PAYMENT METHOD

To remove unwanted hair, a minimum of 6 treatments will be required to achieve optimal long-term results.
The area determines the frequency of treatment sessions. As a guide, the upper half of the body area requires treatment at 4 to 6 weekly intervals, and the lower half, like the bikini line and legs, every 6 to 8 weeks. If you need treatment in any area not listed above, please contact us directly for a price.
Lower face: The pricing includes four facial treatment area combinations chosen according to each client’s needs, such as chin, lip, jawline, and sideburns.
Hair skin treatments are individually tailored to each client, and we generally require clients to come for a patch test.
Flexible payment options: The listed pricing for single sessions is pay-as-you-go. Courses are discounted as standard and can be paid in 2 instalments of 50% at treatment 1 and mid-course. Get interest-free financing with Buyline.

POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME (PCOS)
Laser hair removal is a great option for PCOS, dramatically reducing excessive hair growth and improving self-confidence. Calveo offers a tailored payment package for women who have PCOS. We initially recommend a course of 6-8 treatments followed by maintenance treatments every 3-4 months.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
